Yes. In the unlikely event of damages, Just Imagine Transitions is insured.

What if my house requires some work in order to sell it?2018-10-09T11:30:04+00:00

As part of the process, we will assess your home and make recommendations which will help to show the home in it’s best possible light – with a goal of generating the best possible sale price. Upon your approval, we can then undertake minor repairs such as cosmetic updating, painting, flooring, landscaping etc, with payment due upon sale of the house.

Just Imagine Transitions will set you up with a licensed sales representative with our partner Brokerage – Just Imagine Realty Inc, which offers over 15 years of Real Estate sales experience in the Ottawa area. Your sales representative will handle the sale of the house.

Each situation is different. Upon contacting us, you will receive a free in-home consultation – during which we will assess the level of service needed and provide an estimated timeline and calendar. From there, YOU decide when you would like to start.

We understand the importance of sentimental value! As such, we will create and maintain an inventory of items which are passed along to family/friends – and can assist in the delivery of items, both local and otherwise.

What will happen to the belongings I don’t take with me?2018-10-09T11:27:45+00:00

We will work with you through our 5-step process. First, identify what items are being kept. Then, we decide which items may gifted to friends/family. Next, we address the sale of any and all possible items – we have various avenues we can use for this. The last step is dispersing of the remaining items. Many clients prefer to donate, and we will always welcome you to choose which cause we support.
